Keith Carlson is an architect with extensive building
design and land planning experience in Texas, California, Florida and
Hawaii. Completed projects range from high density residential,
restaurant, and hotel design, to multi-block office building
developments and shopping centers. In the past year he has seen
implemented designs for residential and recreational projects, hotels,
shopping centers and convention facilities.
Special interest
includes research and development of amenity facilities for
recreation/resort developments, and adaptive reuse and retro-fitting of
existing buildings.
